111 is (finally) opening its doors to you!

It's official, just 5 minutes from downtown Rouen, your new bistronomic restaurant, Le 111, will open its doors on Thursday, May 11 at Le Mesnil-Esnard. Whether you are with family, colleagues or on a business lunch, we will welcome you to our table to taste our bistronomic dishes.

Two years ago, we chose to give a turning point to our career as chefs. We hung up our aprons at Gill and embarked on a project in our image: Le 111.

After two years of work on this remarkable building dating from the ^19th century, we are finally behind our stoves to concoct tasty dishes for you. We will welcome you in a sober and elegant setting signed by the interior designer Alexandra Baert from Atelier La Superbe.

Within the 220 m ² composed of a main room as well as a small Haussmannian lounge that can be privatized, you will undoubtedly find a table to suit you. The 40 m ² tree-lined terrace will allow you to pleasantly enjoy your lunches and dinners in summer. In total, we will be able to provide nearly a hundred covers.
